OUR FRESH SA FISH EXPORTS

Valley Side SA is a registered South African wild caught fresh fish exporter.

We have exclusive arrangements with several long line vessels and pack houses in South Africa to catch and pack our wild caught fresh SA fish export requirements.

We export our fresh fish on daily flights from Cape Town International Airport to destinations in Europe, the U.K. and the Middle East.

Wild caught South Africa Hake (Merluccious capensis-paradoxus)

1. export weights 500g - 1kg; 1-2kg 2-3kg 3-3,9kg - packed in 20kg polystyrene boxes per weight grade

a. full fish - head on, tail on, gills in and guts out
b. hake fillets - 200-300g; 300-400g; 400-600g; 600-800g
